Shipping Transit Times:

Standard Domestic Shipping 3-5 Business Days

*At this time PhayVor Girlz only ships merchandise to locations within the United States.

• All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.

• Orders placed after 4pm or on a holiday will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

• Please make sure your name, mailing address, phone number and email address are fully entered and correct in order to ensure your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame listed above. 

• If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of a PhayVor Girlz E-Gift Card for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages

• We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS

• If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS/UPS. PhayVor Girlz is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier.

   **If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, 

       we will ship the item(s) that are in stock and refund you for the item(s) not available.

Delayed Shipping:

If there is a delay in transit after your item(s) have been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier. PhayVor Girlz is not responsible for delayed packages.
