Returns/Exchange Policy

  • PhayVor Girlz offers returns for store credit only. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please contact our Customer Service Department through email at phayvorgirlz@gmail.com within 3 Days of receipt of your item(s). 3 days is determined based on tracking number delivery information.

  • Return address and shipping process will be provided to you from our Customer Service Department. 

  • A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges.

  • Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

  • Store credits will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card.

  • There is a $5.99 restocking fee for returns totaling $100 and over.

  • All Sale or Discounted Items, Sale Promotion Items, Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sale. Please consider this before completing your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING TIPS

  • We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

  • Keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, PhayVor Girlz will not be able to complete the process of your return. 

  • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.

  • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

PhayVor Girlz reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.phayvorgirlz.com at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

  2. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
