What Should I Do If My Order Won't Go Through?

If you’re checking out and you are receiving an error message here are a few things to try. Review your credit card information, billing and shipping address and make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

How Can I Add/Change Something In My Order?

We want to ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame. We cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed with PhayVor Girlz Boutique. Before completing your order please review your item(s) and size(s). 

 

 

 

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 5 days. We will notify you via email at the email address listed in the membership section.

Do I Have To Pay To Return My Order?

Yes. You will be responsible for covering any shipping charges for your return. 

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary if your order contains a pre-ordered item. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
 

 

Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided in your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add phayvorgirlz@gmail.com to your receiver list.

 

Can I Return An Item Past The Return Date?

We can not accept returns past the return date. View our RETURN page for additional information. 

 

How Do I Use My E-Gift Card? 
Type in your E-Gift Card code on the checkout page in the box indicating insert Discount Codes or Gift Cards and press enter.

 

Can I Use Discount Codes On Sale Items?

You can not use your new customer code or any discount code on sale items but feel free to use your code on another non-sale item.

Can I Combine Promotional Codes and Discount Codes?

Promotional Codes and Discount Codes can not be combined

 

Can I Apply A Current Discount Code To A Previous Order?  

Promotional Codes and Discount Codes must be applied at the time of check out and may not be applied to previous orders.
